FY2020-21 was a Pivotal Year in Cigniti's Journey

Cigniti made great strides in its journey towards becoming a leader in Digital Assurance through the past financial year. We held our position as a leading Quality Engineering organization by adding 67 new client logos to our portfolio of accounts across regions and industries. In key industries such as Healthcare-Life Sciences, Banking-Financial Services-Insurance and Retail, Cigniti won 10, 7 and 3 new clients respectively. We also added multiple Fortune 500 companies which helped reinforce Cigniti’s position as a strategic partner for enterprise transformation.

Moreover, the global analyst firm, Nelson Hall recognized Cigniti as a Leader in Quality Engineering, AI Testing and Continuous Testing in its NEAT 2020 charts. These accolades, key organizational milestones in the past financial year and an overview of our new opportunities in digital experience were recently published in the annual report as well. Here are the highlights of the new clients we won in FY2020-21.

An Inspiring Global Townhall

Cigniti’s leadership team hosted the first virtual global townhall where the members shared insights into each of their roadmaps as we embark on a renewed journey of growth. Our Chairman and MD, Mr. C. V. Subramanyam shared his vision of achieving the number $500M and said, “Every crisis is an opportunity and COVID is a boon for the IT industry. There’s a lot that’s happening in the industry and there’s a lot we can do about it. There’s an enhancement in the digital spending, significantly on Hyperautomation and RPA. There’s a tremendous increase in the adoption of technologies and we are exactly in the right space. I want you all to believe in it. Just craft a grand vision, articulate it, and achieve it with perfection!”

Women’s Day Celebration

At Cigniti we take pride in the ‘Women Power’ and what better way to reaffirm our commitment to this than make International Women’s Day 2021 a gala celebration on the virtual platform.  An hour packed with Fun, Music, Dance, and a Dash of inspiration from a guest speaker – Anjana Sowmya, a renowned Singer from Tollywood.  Her story of success was inspiring and her showcase of talent a perfect entertainer for the day.

The fun element extended with a Trivia around famous women personalities across the world which kept the audience’s fingers glued to the keyboards in pursuit of the ‘fastest fingers first’.  A note from the Senior Leadership represented by Krishnan, our Global CFO was inspiring and apt for the occasion, acknowledging the strength Women bring into every role of their life. Singing and Dance performances by our in-house talent Alok and Upasana were breathtaking and a perfect culmination to the event.

The theme of IWD 2021 being #ChoosetoChallenge, was opened up to the teams across locations encouraging them to stand up for a specific cause around Gender Parity and Women Empowerment. Pictures of Leaders posing to #ChoosetoChallenge and pledging for the cause of Women’s success, achievements, fairness, and an inclusive environment was a week-long initiative.

Mother’s Day Celebration

Women’s health and well-being as part of Cigniti’ s diversity and inclusion charter is an extension to the employee value proposition apart from nurturing a gender-sensitive and safe workplace. The international Mother’s Day 2021 was celebrated on the 7th of May, with a focus on reiterating the significance of women’s health and bringing awareness on timely precautions.

This health talk was led by renowned gynecologist Dr. Jayanthi Reddy, who has 30+ years of experience in treating and helping cure major women’s health conditions. She also indulged the audience in a pep talk on matters that motivated women as multi-taskers, and primary caregivers and how it is important to focus on their health to be able to build healthier families.

Celebrating the harvest festival!

On the occasion of Makar Sankranti – commonly known as the Harvest Festival in many states of India, HR asked the Cignitians to share the different ways of celebrating the festival

The colorful moments captured with various aspects of the festivities like Rangoli, the rural and cultural traditions along with family and loved ones were refreshing and portrayed the undampened spirit of celebration despite the Covid menace.
