Cigniti’s CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam was invited for an exclusive Leadership interview by Nirmal Bang Group, which was hosted by Hiral Dadia.

Srikanth gave his inputs on how software testing industry is going to evolve post-Covid. He also highlighted how as an organization Cigniti is overcoming the challenges and is fully prepared to grab the new opportunities provided due to the pandemic.

Cigniti’s CFO, Krishnan Venkatachary, shared his thoughts on “COVID-19: Risk Management Challenges for Finance Leaders in H2 2020” as a keynote speaker in a webinar organized by Dun & Bradstreet.

Dr. Arun Singh, Chief Economist, Dun & Bradstreet and Pankaj Malik, CFO, Fullerton India were also present in this webinar as speakers and spoke on how to grow business, and manage the ever-increasing array of risks.

Talent is meant to be shared. Cignitians from various departments successfully showcased their special talents in the Cigniti Got Talent Season 1.

We have celebrated Father’s Day 2020 at Cigniti with 2 contests, Then & Now and DAD-Day Around Dad. Then & Now activity required Cignitians to share their old & new pictures of their father, or pose with their kids, and also write about their father. DAD-Day around Dad is an activity to share pics showing how kids have spent time with their father, or of Cignitians with their father. We received a great response for both the activities through pictures and write up about their fathers.

We received an overwhelming participation in the Know Your Cigniti (KYC) – an activity which we organized to stay relevant and to recollect the happenings of the organization.

KYC is a Monthly Global Quiz series where we design quiz on policies, practices, offices, Newsletters. This keeps Cignitians employees updated with all the information about the latest happenings in the organization globally.

Cigniti Juniors will be a continuous activity going forward to introduce their newborn to global employees and this forum also gives an opportunity for all the employees to congratulate employees and their families for their new walk of life. We prepared a photo/video collage of this activity and shared it with global employees, and, we received great feedback from all the employees on this activity.

We organized an Employee photo contest in July 2020 where we asked Cignitians to submit their best photos. We received over 200 pictures.

We want to drive a habit of reading books among Cigniti employees hence initiated to tell employees on what they are reading.

With lockdown around the world, people have started cultivating new habits and we want to check how many have cultivated Book as a hobby. There are many employees in Cigniti who started reading books during lockdown and we want them to share their reviews on the books they have read during this period.

This is an activity designed to check how well can employees can find the odd one out, most of the times we ignore smaller things in life and work. This is a fun activity for employees and family to find out from the images we have given to them. Employees are given 15 slides with multiple images in the same slide and activity is to find out the odd one out in the slide and describe the reason for calling out. We have picked the first 10 employees who responded with right answers and communicated to global employees.

All work and no fun could become monotonous. We designed a brain teasing SUDOKU to be solved. Within one hour of release Sudoku (Easy) we received 100 responses. This shows the employee participation and their interest to solve brain teasers like Sudoku.

Wellness has been a top priority for Cigniti and during lockdown we want to engage employees in all the possible ways by designing different activities for global participation. As we are all working from home, we want to encourage employees to play indoor games for wellness and share the photos on how are they spending their time rejuvenating form hectic schedules and beating this pandemic.

Cigniti Technologies and Information Services Group (ISG) came together for a Technology Conclave in the US in September 2020!

Leaders from both organizations had strategic discussions on the role of #quality engineering in accelerating #digitaltransformation across industries.

Pradeep Govindasamy, CTO & President (NA West), Kalyana Rao Konda, President (NA East), and Siva Raman, AVP participated in this event and briefed about the capabilities of Cigniti Technologies to the ISG Advisors.

Cigniti and ISG collaborated for the Leadership Synergy Meet Australia in July 2020. There were productive discussions on how organizations can shift-left through QE, and understanding the importance of independent testing in Digital Transformation.

Nanda Padmaraju (SVP, ROW), Dries Swerts (Head of Sales – Australia and New Zealand), Siva Raman (AVP), Vishal Rajput, and Shikha Sharma represented Cigniti in the meet.

Cigniti sponsored a virtual ISG TechXchange HCLS event in June 2020. We set up a virtual innovation lab highlighting Cigniti capabilities through videos and other interesting collaterals.

Kalyan Rao Konda, President- NA East, was part of a panel discussion on ‘Navigating a Disrupted Landscape’ along with Toney Mataya, ISG, and Keith Weller, American Cancer Society.

Forrester

Cigniti and Forrester Research successfully executed a webinar in August 2020 which was based on, “Delivering business outcomes in Digital Transformation initiatives leveraging Testing IP.”

Kalyana Rao Konda, President at Cigniti, and Diego Lo Giudice, VP & Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, spoke about the current issues faced by organizations in going digital, and how clients leverage Cigniti’s proprietary next-gen software testing IP – BlueSwan and gain desired business outcomes in their digital transformation initiatives.

Experitest

Cigniti and Experitest teamed up for a webinar in July 2020, focused on “Integrating Cloud-based Mobile Test Automation into your CI-CD Pipeline.”

Dries Swerts, AVP-Client Success at Cigniti, and Guy Arieli, CTO at Experitest had a detailed discussion on the whereabouts of emerging market trends post-COVID and understanding the role of continuous testing in CI/CD for higher customer satisfaction.

Cigniti’s Virtual Roundtable

Cigniti held its first-ever virtual roundtable in June 2020, on the topic “How to adopt NextGen technologies to achieve Quality@Speed in the BFS sector.”

It was an insightful discussion between the speakers – Ritesh Jain, COO & CTO at HSBC, Dr. David A. Bishop, CEO Agile Worx, Avik Ganguly, Director of Engineering, DevOps Tools & Quality at London Stock Exchange Group. Nanda Padmaraju, SVP-Cigniti, moderated the session.
