As part of our CSR initiative, ProjectCignificance, Cigniti is proud to collaborate with the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust. Our contributions will help in providing crucial medical treatment to more than 100 patients annually through ward bed support. Additionally, we are sponsoring the education of three MBBS students and four Nursing students under the admirable “Each One, Medical Educate One” program.

On this momentous occasion, our founder, Mr. C V Subramanyam, his wife, Smt. Rajeshwari, and our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam, had the privilege of meeting Sri Madhusudan Sai, the Founder of Prashanthi Balamandira Trust.

Cigniti’s CSR initiative, “Project Cignificance,” is committed to supporting quality and inclusive education for underprivileged children. As part of the initiative, we recently launched a SMART classroom at Zilla Parishad Girls’ High School in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The inauguration of the SMART classroom was attended by Insulet’s leadership team, Pep Codina, VP of Software Engineering, and Dan Brodeur, Senior Manager of DevOps Engineering, along with Cigniti’s leadership team, including Urmila Markili, Manish Pandey, Goutham Pingle, Kumar TBS, Midhun Pingili, and others. The leadership team thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the girls, who shared their learning experiences and demonstrated their digital skills acquired through Cigniti’s SMART Class Training program. This program is specifically designed for girls in 6th to 10th grade.

On World Environment Day, Cignitians have united in a resolute commitment to combat plastic pollution. Aligned with our corporate social responsibility programs, our colleagues wholeheartedly embraced the campaign, integrating eco-conscious practices into their personal and professional lives, thereby inspiring a sustainable future.

Cigniti HR team had a fulfilling volunteering day experience at “Shantiniketan” – The Home for Individuals with Cognitive Disabilities. The team spent a day with more than 60 specially-abled residents who had an opportunity to bring joy to their lives by providing essential items generously donated by our employees as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, “Joy Of Giving.”

On the occasion of International Health Day, under the CSR “Health” initiative, we organized a Gynecologic Cancer Awareness & Screening Camp at Musheerabad, Hyderabad, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization and MNJ Cancer Hospital.

The primary aim of the camp was to raise awareness about gynecologic cancer and provide free screening to those in need who could not afford the costs. The camp saw a tremendous response from the local community as women from all walks of life stepped forward for the screening.

Cigniti has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT), a prestigious Hyderabad-based educational institution.

The MoU signing ceremony was graced by Prof. Chandramohan Reddy (Principal, MGIT) with leaders from Cigniti: Veera Reddy Patlolla (Global Head of HR), Sirisha Kommireddi (Global Head of Talent Development), Mohana Balla (Associate Vice President, HR), Rahul Bose (Senior Director, Global Mobility & Immigration), Deepak Davey (Associate Director, Compensation & Benefits), Karishma Hinduja(Manager, Talent Development) and Aruna Yamijala(Associate Manager, Talent Development).

At Cigniti, we recently hosted our inaugural Long Service Awards Ceremony, an event dedicated to recognizing the remarkable journeys of our long-term team members. As each beaming Cignitian took the stage, they shared their incredible stories of innovation, growth, and lighthearted banter about the number of years, creating an ambience filled with laughter that reverberated through the evening.

The ceremony served as a celebration of long-standing individual achievements, the strong bonds, and friendships that have grown over time.

Witnessing the spirit of togetherness was heartwarming as colleagues from diverse backgrounds engaged in soulful conversations, sharing delicious food and celebrating Ramadan. It was a beautiful reminder that diversity makes us stronger as a team.

Under the banner of ‘Salute to Loyalty,’ we have initiated a service milestone appreciation program, wherein employees receive regular emails acknowledging their unwavering commitment and hard work, with recognition extending to both their Managers and Regional Delivery Heads. As part of this initiative, we have also rewarded all Cignitians who have achieved their Service Milestones between October 2019 and March 2023.

Fun Thursdays @ work,” a floor activity designed to bring everyone together, fostering laughter, camaraderie, and cross-functional teamwork. This initiative has yielded tangible results in enhanced team bonding and collaborative efforts. We continue to embrace this initiative with renewed vigor, nurturing a vibrant and engaging work environment.

Kiran Veeramachaneni, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Process, and Jai Sachdev have been awarded the Performance – Client Delight accolade for their exceptional Client Satisfaction Survey program management.

Hari Lanka, Associate Director, Process, Global Delivery, has received the Extra Mile – Pedagogue award for delivering the highest number of process training, with an impressive average Trainer Feedback Rating of 3.7 (on a 1-4 scale).
