Celebrations @ Cigniti

GRACIAS Celebration 2019

At Cigniti, we celebrated ‘Gracias – Attitude of Gratitude’ a week of appreciation between 9th – 13th Dec 2019. Each day we have different games such as – Scavenger Hunt, Cigniti Fiesta, Cigniti Way – crossword puzzles, Fastest Finger 1st, Tambola, and Secret Santa. Added to the fun, Cignitians were requested to dress in a specific color for each day making the day bright and youthful. On 13th December, we had the grand finale of the weeklong celebration of appreciation. The cheers and applause didn’t seem to die as Cignitians danced & sang in front of peers, and as they received awards for the multiple events that happened over the last week.

We were grateful to each other for hosting such a wonderful atmosphere of camaraderie and teamwork at Cigniti. Applause for our winners, please!

Cignitian’s Day Outing

Cigniti’s Delivery team (which works for a US-based health management system provider) went for a half-day outing on 8th November. It was a fun-filled day with engaging team building activities, and the team enjoyed whole-heartedly.

The feel of oneness

Everyone wanted a day off to mess, however was left to guess
There was lot of planning filled with confusion
Confusion continued without any conclusion
Conclusion came without any implication
Everyone wanted a day off to mess, however was left to guess
“Aromas” was finalized to fill stomach
It offered something which was not much
Team enjoyed being together which was needed very much
Everyone headed to mess, however left with no choice except to fuss
Fun filled activities were planned next, suspense stood in pipeline
Few members were not in line but, others were aligned
Some drove cars and others chose bike
With “Mrugavani” in sight and all were at their height
Once Inside, all went out of sight as the leaders suggested for a hike
Everyone was in fun, however only few started to hum
Gathered to start team building
Young organizers wanted proper hand holding
Events started with peculiar introduction
Papers were pinned to backs to have all scratching
Everyone now started to guess the next, but assister had to explain the pretext
Man, it was time for a puff
But they were forced to hush up
Forced to blow balloons and had games mash up
Which left nothing but huffing and puffing
Everyone was left panting, however less were ranting
Music started playing which turned many into dancing
Enthusiasm was in eyes and slowly the environment become encouraging
The center stage was houseful by Twenties but was taken away by bashful oldies
Everyone wanted more, however time was sore
Time to return and commotion is place now without any confusion
Few boys wanted mead, and Some chose not to heed
The tired went home for “high tea”, the merry went for a picture and the remaining had a pitcher for glee.
Everyone now wanted a recap and less said were indeed captured by main chap
