The depth of its exposition was very well appreciated and enthusiastically received across all stakeholders such as global clients, analysts, employees, and shareholders.

Through a global townhall, Our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam, spoke about our new vision, value, mission, and branding. He introduced us to the vision, values, and mission statement and the thought process that went into it to take Cigniti to the major strategic milestone of becoming a 1-billion-dollar revenue company.

Cigniti Technologies announced outstanding overall performance for Q1 FY23.

Commenting on the results, Mr. C V Subramanyam, Chairman & MD, said, “Our opening quarter has delivered stupendous numbers and the company’s strong fundamentals are reflected in our growth on multiple parameters. Cigniti got mentioned in the latest Gartner Hype Cycle for API’s 2022 and has been recognized for our API testing services capabilities. This is further to our mention in the Gartner Hypercycle for Managed IT services which were received in the month of August 2022.

It was a strategic two-day workshop conducted on July 26th and 27th where our leadership team worked towards crafting the vision, values, and mission as well as the roadmap for achieving the mission that was outlined. Through the two days, the members of the workshop were engaged in multiple thought-provoking discussions and activities that helped to deliberate on the vision, values, mission, and roadmaps to build a greater Cigniti.

The Cigniti family officially welcomed the recently acquired RoundSqr team with open arms to our premises. As we vault into the digital orbit together, the RoundSqr team is going to be an indispensable part of Cigniti’s growth journey.

The event was graced by Mrs. Rajeshwari, w/o our Chairman, C V Subramanyam, who, along with our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam, CFO Krishnan Venkatachary, Nanda Padmaraju, President (ROW),  Kiran Kuchimanchi CEO RoundSqr, and other leaders. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the auspicious lamp and the team was greeted with flowers and invited with welcome kits. It was a heart-warming moment for all of us, with joy and a smile on all faces, and applause reverberating in the air. Senior leaders from both Cigniti and RoundSqr addressed the excited team and reaffirmed the belief and hope of achieving great things together.

Cigniti is honoured to host the esteemed British Deputy High Commissioner of AP & Telangana, Gareth Wynn Owen, and Siddharth Vishwanathan, Head Of Investment at Foreign and Commonwealth Office, at our office in Hyderabad.

They met with our Chairman & MD, Mr. C V Subramanyam, CFO, Krishnan Venkatachary, CMO, Sairam Vedam, President (RoW), Nanda Padmaraju ,CDO, Raghu Krovvidy, SVP- IT & Technology Services, Jagdish Kumar, SVP – Corporate Services, Ms. Urmila Markili and VP, Talent Acquisition, Karuna Vempala and other Cignitians and learned more about Cigniti’s vision and the Digital Assurance and Digital Engineering services we offer to our UK clients.

Our Chairman & MD, Mr. C V Subramanyam and our President (RoW), Nanda Padmaraju were invited to a dinner reception to bid farewell to Mr. Andrew Fleming and to welcome Mr. Gareth Wynn Owen as the UK’s incoming Dy. High Commissioner. The event took place on Monday, Sep 26.

The Cigniti leaders met with the deputy high commissioners and other respected dignitaries including Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) to the Govt. of Telangana.

As part of our CSR initiatives under “Project Cignificance”, to provide quality education to underprivileged students, we have adopted the Government Primary School, Erramanzil under our education program “School Intervention Project.”

We inaugurated a Kids Smart classroom, an RO water plant, and a library for the students in the presence of Hariharasudhan Shanmugam, IT Director, Mrs. Rajeshwari, w/o our Chairman, C V Subramanyam, along with our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam, our CMO, Sairam Vedam, our SVP, Corporate Services, Ms. Urmila Markili, and our Sr. Director, Marketing, Mr. Midhun Pingili and respected alumni members from the school. The leaders also distributed notebooks, workbooks, and desk kits to 200 students.

To enable teachers to use interactive multimedia content and also empower the students to adopt internet technology in their day-to-day activities Cigniti is proud to have inaugurated a Digital Classroom at Zilla Parishad High School, ZPHS (Girls), Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of Subhadeep Bhattacharjee and Cigniti leaders, Srikanth Chakkilam, CEO, and Sairam Vedam, CMO, Urmila Markili, SVP, Corporate Services and Midhun Pingili, Senior Director, Marketing. The leaders also distributed, workbooks and notebooks to 50+ students to provide access to better education.

The Digital Classroom, which is being implemented by our partner organization GMR VARALAKSHMI FOUNDATION (GMRVF), will enable teachers to use interactive multimedia content and also empower the students to adopt internet technology in their day-to-day activities.

A team of green enthusiasts from Cigniti, dedicated to protecting the Earth’s biodiversity and natural riches for the present and future generations, participated in the tree plantation activity organized by HYSEA in collaboration with Lead India Foundation at the Botanical Garden, Hyderabad.

As sustainability is at the core of Cigniti’s CSR initiatives, our volunteers were excited to get together, de-weed the area and water the saplings planted as part of the green initiative.

As part of Project Cignificance initiatives to support public healthcare infrastructure, Cigniti extended support to the Mother and Child Healthcare Centre in Nalgonda, India with critical medical equipment.

This equipment will be used in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of the healthcare facility that supports several low-income families in the region. With this upgrade, the facility will be able to treat about 1,000 critically ill or prematurely born infants per year.

The facility was inaugurated by our Chairman and MD, Mr. C V Subramanyam, along with our CMO, Mr Sairam Vedam, our SPV, Corporate Services, Ms Urmila Markili, and our Senior Director, Marketing, Mr Midhun Pingili on behalf of Cigniti. Mr. Kancharla Bhupal Reddy, MLA, Nalgonda, Govt. of Telangana graced the occasion.

As part of Project Cignificance, the HR team held a career awareness program for 180 students from three schools under the flagship New Little Scholars High School, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.

Our HR leaders Veera Reddy, Swapna Vittal, Sirisha Kommireddi, Deepak Davey, and Mohana Balla, distributed certificates of achievement to students who had shown great enthusiasm and participated actively during the session. All attendees of the session – students and teachers alike – were also given souvenirs by the Cigniti team as a gesture of appreciation.

The students’ response to the event was enthusiastic, and it eventually turned into an enriching learning experience for them.

Nine volunteers from the Cigniti UK team joined and volunteered their time to aid a charity in SW London. The team went to Oasis Adventure Playground, a children’s organization that has a significant positive impact on the Stockwell neighborhood. It’s fun-filled outdoor play center offers recreation, support, and education to local youth. The team took on practical duties to help prepare the facility for a busy summer. They also learned about how important the charity is to locals who do not have access to outdoor living or play areas.

At Cigniti, celebrating Navratri simply wouldn’t be the same without the traditional Dandiya Raas. It was a joyous moment where our employees came together in ethnic wear and unleashed their playful side by grooving to the rhythm of Garba and the beats of dandiya. These lively and enthusiastic performances filled our office with vibrant air of festivity.

BU Level Townhalls have been set up as a forum for Leadership contacts as part of the internal communications structure. Through MS Teams, the sessions were carried out digitally from both on-site and offshore locations. The dynamic and educational seminars provided a forum for teams to exchange accolades, thanks, and important business updates.

One of our esteemed client projects, recently marked a year of partnership with Cigniti. Leaders and team members, as well as HR, gathered at the office, while the onsite team communicated virtually via a Teams call. The occasion evolved into a big celebration complete with congratulatory cards, certificates of gratitude for hard effort, and plenty of fun.

In an endeavor to facilitate a better understanding and wider utilization of the Flexi benefits and to enable employees to plan their Tax savings better, the Total Rewards team has partnered with our third-party vendor – HDFC Bank, to organize a webinar on the benefits of National Pension Scheme.

This session was well participated and appreciated thus creating more scope for such educative sessions.

Physical fitness and lifespan are critical components of leading a happy and active life. Most diseases nowadays are caused by lifestyle choices rather than genetic factors. The Wellness Webinar themed “Invest in Your Health,” was a concentrated attempt to raise awareness of lifestyle-related health issues and prevention methods. Dr. Kiran, Managing Director and Senior Consultant at Dr. Kiran’s Diabetes Clinic & Research Institute spoke in depth on “Addressing METABISITY with Lifestyle Positive Changes” as our guest speaker. His insights on the harmful impacts of insufficient sleep, obesity, junk food, and other lifestyle factors and their direct impact on Diabetes, Metabolic illnesses, and Respiratory and Heart diseases were a personal reference to the audience as we struggle with them every day.

International Father’s Day 2022 was a day of dedication to the Superhero we fondly call “Dad”. “Down the memory lane with Dad” and Picture Perfect with Dad were apt initiatives to revive our memories of growing up under the watchful guidance of an affectionate Father.

We recognize that Employee Voice is critical in influencing the organization’s future. To reinforce this belief and to promote financial wellness as a pillar of the employee experience, we have implemented an expanded Flexible Benefit Pay (FBP) policy that will allow employees to structure and modify their CTC components based on the offered benefits to meet their unique personal needs while also providing them with a tax saving benefit. While the current structure allows for tax-saving perks such as Sodexo Meal coupons, NPS, and VPF, we have recently added the Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) and Professional Development Allowance (PDA) as well as telephone bill reimbursements.

Cigniti’s inclination toward its employees’ health and well-being has been a main emphasis area both during and after Covid. It’s an effort to engage the best health insurance service providers to elevate not only the benefits of improved insurance coverage but also the employee experience to deliver a holistic health benefit plan. We are delighted to work with Aon India as our Employee Benefits consultant to provide the best Annual Medical Insurance. The updated medical insurance benefit for 2022-23 provides better coverage than the prior year. Aside from improved maternity benefit coverage, the waiver of the 20% copay was a pleasant development.
