Cignithon Event
Cignithon – the Biggest Testing Hackathon in Hyderabad – held on 9th February in T-Hub was received very well and was a grand success. We had 118 passionate testers from 54 different organizations who spotted 1600+ bugs in the 3 hours session.
The event started with the welcome note by Subhendu Pattnaik (Global Head of Marketing). Raghu Krovvidy, EVP & Head of Global Delivery & Solutioning, was our Keynote Speaker for the event. He gave an enthralling opening note that set the stage for the day. Raghu shared his experiences, talked about the evolution and importance of software testing, interweaving it with Cigniti’s growth story.
Ramana Vemuri, VP – Process & Operations, Nanda Padmaraju – SVP, & Jagdish Kumar – SVP-ICT also graced the occasion and presented the prize money to the 9 winners. TestTribe, the event host, also engaged and encouraged the audience to participate in the social media contest and posed a quiz related to Cigniti for the audience to win some exciting prizes.
The event ended with inspiring closing remarks from Ramana Vemuri and a group picture of 100+ excited testers, the Cigniti & the TestTribe team who helped us in organizing the event.

ISG - Executive Provider Summit 2020
Cigniti participated in ISG – Executive Provider Summit, Jan 7th-9th 2020 in Miami, Florida. Our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam delivered the keynote at the event where over 120 analysts from the globe have participated.
Our Chairman & MD, Mr. C V Subramanyam, Pradeep Govindasamy, CTO & President, Kalyana Rao Konda, President and Siva Raman attended the event and networked with the analysts and explained how Cigniti is helping in accelerating the digital transformation journey of global enterprises.
NASSCOM Technology & Leadership Forum 2020
Cigniti participated in NASSCOM #NTLF2020 in Mumbai 12th – 14th February 2020. Our Chairman & MD, Mr. C V Subramanyam, and Subhendu Pattnaik, Global Head of Marketing, participated in a roundtable discussion with India’s topmost admired leaders and CXOs.
Nanda Padmaraju, SVP and Raghu Krovvidy, EVP & Head of Global Delivery & Solutioning were also part of the NTLF2020 and held meetings with several Analysts and other industry leaders.

Makar Sankranti Celebration 2020
Cignitians celebrated the day wearing ethnic attire and danced to the rhythm of some peppy songs. We are thankful to all the participants who have showcased their talent and made beautiful Rangolis.
Christmas Celebration 2019
Christmas is one of the most vibrant as well as popular festivals celebrated grandly at Cigniti. On 18th December 2019, Cignitians celebrated the event and came in their best red and white attire to sink in the festive mood. There were loads of fun with Carols, Choreo, and Skit. The day ended with fun-filled extravaganza, cake cutting and exchanging best wishes for 2020.

Cigniti team in Dallas celebrated Diwali with ethnic attire, festival cuisines and by decorating their places.
HungerBox inauguration Hyderabad
Recently, our Hyderabad Atria cafeteria witnessed a massive evolution by going cashless with HungerBox, an F&B solution company. Ms. Urmila Markili, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services was one of the dignitaries at the inauguration ceremony on 17th February 2020.
ERT Members
Cigniti Hyderabad office had a fire drill session and practiced how to evacuate the building in the event of a fire or other emergencies. Cigniti’s responsible ERT team took appropriate personal protective measures and initiated response actions to minimize any future threat to health and safety measures.

Holiday Season celebrations across Business Units
Cigniti teams across the locations celebrated the holiday season with lot of enthusiasm. It was fun-filled with cubicle decoration contest (individual as well as group category) and gift exchanges. Applause for our well-deserved winners.

Cigniti Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of our CSR initiative (Project Cignificance) we donated computer lab at a Govt. High School near Hyderabad, India. Mrs. Rajeshwari, w/o our Chairman Mr. C V Subramanyam along with Nanda Padmaraju, SVP, Shiva Prasad, AVP-Delivery and a client from UK inaugurated the computer lab and distributed study material to the students.
Indian Red Cross Society Event
In a meeting held at Darbar Hall, Hon’ble Governor, and President, Indian Red Cross Society, (IRCS) Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has appealed to all I.T and other corporate institutions to encourage their employees to enroll themselves as Red Cross members. Urmila Markili, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services at Cigniti Technologies and Sirisha Kommireddi, Senior Director & Global Head-Talent Development at Cigniti Technologies attended the event and had a valuable discussion with the Hon’ble Governor.
