Michael Cooper is the Chief Quality Officer and Vice President of Enterprise Quality Assurance and Testing for W3 LLC companies, Healthcare IT Leaders, Run Consulting, and Run Mobile. Michael is a leader in the fields of quality assurance (QA), software testing, and process improvement. Michael brings more than 16 years of hands-on QA and Testing leadership experience. Prior to joining W3, Michael was the World Wide QA and Testing Evangelist with HP Software. Before joining HP, Michael was Head of Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) at T-Mobile USA, reporting directly to the CIO; he led a team of more than 400 QA professionals. Michael held Senior QA and Testing leadership positions at FICO., Inovis and Equifax.
He previously served as the President of AQAA; and actively participates in the QA community blogging, mentoring, coaching, and speaking at conferences around the globe. Michael graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earned a MBA from Georgia State University; he is also a Certified Scrum Master. Michael lives in Dunwoody, GA, with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Ron Wilson is the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Alfa Insurance. He is responsible for building a QA organization from the ground up. Ron is currently partnering with Cigniti to establish a Testing Center of Excellence. Alfa is currently in a multi-year transformational program which will result in leveraging Guidewire to modernize IT systems. He is also responsible for Configuration Management and leading the organization towards implementing DevOps. Ron firmly believes in motivating and inspiring his team to drive process improvements and reduce costs through automation.
Ron has more than 18 years of experience, including extensive experience within Quality Assurance management. His expertise includes helping stand up Quality Assurance organizations from the ground up and implementation of best practices to achieve the highest results of quality possible. Ron set the standard for conversions and successfully been involved transformational programs which resulted in consolidation of 8 million customers into CenturyLink's billing platform. His career also includes a wide variety of experience in additional sectors including healthcare, insurance, government, and finance. Ron has previously worked in companies which include: CenturyLink, EDS, CACI, and SAIC.
Ron established a test automation team at CenturyLink and has produced ROI numbers that are unmatched within the industry. His constant drive to improve test automation resulted in 95% test automation execution. In addition, during his time at CenturyLink, Ron established an enterprise performance team which resulted in no performance outages in production due to a code or data conversion migration.
As a federal contractor working with CACI in Montgomery, Alabama, Ron held a top secret security clearance. He worked as a Quality Assurance Manager with the United States Air Force on a budget system.
Ron firmly believes education is a critical aspect of personal development. He has an EMBA from Louisiana Tech University, a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from University of South Carolina.
